Rana Saloglu Bayindir

As a Salesforce Administrator, Rana is responsible for maintaining and optimizing the functionalities of our Salesforce CRM. She plays a pivotal role in assisting ICIC’s program teams in leveraging technical platforms and streamlining processes to meet data reporting and programmatic needs.

Prior to joining ICIC, Rana collaborated with various organizations to implement tailored Salesforce solutions that met the unique needs of each organization. Notably, she served as an implementation partner at Ripples, a non-profit organization committed to creating pathways for West-African women to be participants in the economy and leaders in their communities. Rana also brings experience from the digital marketing field, having worked for a new-generation full-service advertising agency offering marketing communication services to brands.

Rana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language and Literature from Istanbul University. She is an advocate for leveraging technology to drive positive change and is well-equipped for this mission, holding three Salesforce certifications as a Developer, Administrator, and App Builder.
