In 2023, ICIC is celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Inner City 100 (IC100) award, which identifies and celebrates the 100 fastest-growing businesses in under-resourced communities across the nation. The IC100 awards are published annually and will be unveiled in-person at ICIC’s Annual Conference in December 2023.
Every year, ICIC selects three IC100 winners to receive the following awards:
Business Growth Award: This award recognizes the fastest-growing business on the 2022 Inner City 100 list. Selection and ranking are based on percentage revenue growth from 2017 through 2021.
PRINTFRESH, LLC – RECIPIENT OF THE BUSINESS GROWTH AWARD
Printfresh, a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based clothing brand, was founded in 2016 by textile designer and fashion entrepreneur Amy Voloshin and her husband (and business partner) Leo Voloshin. A majority woman-owned business, Printfresh received the Business Growth Award for being ranked the #1 fastest-growing company on the IC100 in 2022. This marks the first year that Printfresh has earned this distinct honor.
Chevron Dorothy A. Terrell Community Impact Award: Named in honor of ICIC’s former President and CEO, this award recognizes the IC100 company that has the greatest impact on its community through quality job creation and civic engagement.
ASPIRE CONSTRUCTION & DESIGN – RECIPIENT OF THE CHEVRON DOROTHY A. TERRELL COMMUNITY IMPACT AWARD

The award quantifies tangible ways that thriving businesses from under-served areas invest in and enhance their communities.
