Fabia Sanchez is a Program Analyst on the Black in Business and 10,000 Small Businesses Teams. Prior to joining ICIC, she was a Bilingual Relationship Manager at PCV where she assisted small business owners in accessing free business consulting. She graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Public Policy and a Nonprofit Leadership Concentration.
Her passion is helping underrepresented communities by advocating for equity. Fabia has worked with a dozen nonprofit organizations targeting underserved communities. She has had the opportunity to advocate for homelessness, domestic violence, mental health, hunger, and immigration. As a first-generation immigrant and first-generation college graduate, Fabia recognizes the struggles and barriers that people can face.In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
