Sponsored by Kaiser Permanente, the Recipe for Wellbeing Experience is offered free of charge and is designed to bring evidence-based stress reduction, resilience, and wellbeing practices and deep experiential learning to the ICCC alumni community.  The course will be held over three 90 minute sessions.

Session #1: October 3rd 11am-12:30pm PT

Session #2: Oct. 31st 11am-12:30pm PT

Session #3: Nov. 28th at 11am-12:30pm PT
