As Director of Data Strategy and Innovation, Michael Shore is responsible for formulating ICIC’s overall data strategy, and developing ways to use that data to help optimize programs throughout the organization. He is also responsible for managing ICIC’s Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce) and helping drive greater integration of processes including program recruitment across ICIC’s Urban Business Initiatives.
Prior to ICIC, Mike was Director of Data and Continuous Improvement at JVS, a non-profit workforce development organization. He led continuous improvement efforts agency wide including a $14MM Pay for Success program, the first Pay for Success project in workforce development nationally. He led a diverse project portfolio including re-engineering, process improvement, and change management. Previously, he served as Principal at Mercer where he helped companies shape their global mobility strategies. His clients have included Apple, GE, Coca Cola, Wal-Mart and Pfizer.
Mike has a bachelor of arts cum laude in Economics from Williams College and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
