Inner City Capital Connections

ICCC is returning to Baltimore for a second time in 2019 thanks to our lead sponsor, Kaiser Permanente. We had a successful inaugural cohort of 79 businesses averaging $1.59M in revenue, 18 full-time employees at the time of participation, and an average age of 12 years.

Our goal is to recruit and support small- and medium-sized businesses of all diverse backgrounds. We plan to do so by partnering with organizations that work with:

  • Minority-owned businesses
  • Women-owned businesses
  • LGBTQ-owned businesses
  • Immigrant-owned businesses
  • Veteran-owned businesses
  • Disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs)

For questions regarding the 2019 Baltimore cohort, reach out directly to Natalie Gould, Senior Program Coordinator, at (617) 238-3020 or

“Human capital is critical to growing the ecosystem for a healthy entrepreneur environment in Baltimore. Working with ICCC was a great opportunity to connect the dots to the resources and the value they bring, and to help us grow human capital.” Paul Taylor, Director of the Office of Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses, City of Baltimore
