Building The Business Of Your Dreams
Wednesday, August 13th, 2-3PM
Jayson Mamaclay, Vice President, Norman Professional Services
Many business owners run their business with day-to-day routines, occasionally making incremental changes based on what’s happening now and reacting in the moment to the day’s most pressing fires. Often this results in businesses being in roughly the same spot next year as they were the year before, instead of seeing meaningful growth in the company. This requires a paradigm shift, similar to the one referenced in Dan Sullivan’s and Dr. Benjamin Hardy’s work that suggest growing a company by a factor of 10 is easier than growing by a factor of 2. During this session Jayson empowers business owners to visualize what they wish their business to become. It is having this future picture in mind that will enable the business owner to operate with a growth mindset and more critically measure up how well their choices today help them actualize that future picture. This webinar walks entrepreneurs through an intuitive framework of 5 E’s of Entrepreneurial Excellence that allows them to build preliminary blueprints of what their business can look like 3 years down the line, allowing them to be true growth architects to build the business of their dreams.

Storyselling Your Elevator Pitch

Melissa Tong, Chief StorySeller, DuckPunk Productions, Inc.
Presented by ex-Newscaster turned award-winning StorySeller Mellissa Tong It used to take 7 touches to close a sale. Now that number has gone up to 16.
How can your team find different ways to engage in effective sales conversations to win more customers? The answer is StorySelling. If you’re not familiar with this term, you’re not the only one. I coined this term to illustrate the difference between storytelling and storyselling. Storyselling is to storysell your products/services/ideas through storytelling to inspire action, whether that is to increase market share, build awareness, or drive engagement. We all know that it takes your customers to like and trust you before they buy from you, and there is no faster way to inspire actions than storyselling.
