ICCC is a comprehensive 40-hour executive education program designed for established small business owners who want to lead, grow, and innovate in today’s fast-moving world. The program brings together technical assistance, networking, one-on-one coaching, and access to capital—empowering small businesses in under-resourced communities to break barriers, build stronger companies, and drive community impact. This expert-designed curriculum is offered at no cost to qualifying businesses, thanks to funding partners like Bank of America.

One-on-One Coaching
One-on-one coaching is a core component of the ICCC program, and Bank of America is ICCC’s primary capital coaching partner. Volunteer bankers provide individual mentorship to ICCC participants on capital readiness and connect them with local resources to support their financial wellness journey.
