This cohort is mission-focused for veteran- and military-connected business owners. It builds on leadership and tactical skills developed through service with an emphasis on procurement, capital readiness, AI integration, and peer networking opportunities. This expert-designed curriculum is offered at no cost to qualifying businesses, thanks to ICIC’s funding partners.

- Located in or serving under-resourced communities in
San Diego, CA - In operation for at least 3 years
- Generating $150K+ in annual revenue
- Ready to scale, access capital, and explore innovation tools like AI
*ICCC defines “military-connected” as the immediate family—parents, siblings, spouse, or children—of current or former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, including those on active duty, in the reserves, or veterans.
