ICCC is a 40-hour “mini-MBA” program that combines executive education, one-on-one coaching, and capital access strategies to help small businesses break through barriers and thrive. This cohort is tailored specifically for Latinx and Spanish-speaking business owners. Taught entirely in Spanish, this program focuses on capital readiness, AI integration, and peer networking. The program provides tools, connections, and strategies to accelerate business growth. This expert-designed curriculum is offered at no cost to qualifying businesses, thanks to ICIC’s funding partners.
