At ICIC, we empower small businesses to grow profitably, create quality jobs, and build generational wealth. Through our programs, we provide executive education, coaching, technical assistance, and access to capital to more than 3,000 business owners across the U.S. and Canada each year. Startup and Early-Stage Growth

Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business (BIB): Black in Business is a free business education program dedicated to equipping sole proprietors with the tools necessary to turn their business potential into business growth. The program helps sole proprietors learn how to price their product or service, hire their first employee, understand their finances, and so much more.

Santander Bank’s Cultivate Small Business (CSB): Cultivate Small Business is designed to help early-stage entrepreneurs in low-income neighborhoods build and sustain their businesses in food-related industries. The program provides industry-specific education, networks, mentoring, and small capital grants for business owners.

Mid-Stage Growth

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB): ICIC partners with Goldman Sachs to identify high-potential entrepreneurs for the 10,000 Small Businesses initiative. The program connects business owners in underserved communities to a comprehensive program of education and support. The program has served more than 16,000 small business owners in all 50 states, Washington, D.C., and  Puerto Rico.

ICCC: Get the strategy, insights, tools, and connections to scale your business. ICIC’s flagship program is a 40-hour “mini-MBA” designed for established small business owners who want to lead, grow, and innovate in today’s fast-moving world. ICCC brings together executive education, networking, one-on-one coaching, and access to capital—empowering small businesses in under-resourced communities to break barriers, build stronger companies, and drive community impact.

Intuit More with AI Tour: ICIC and Intuit have partnered to launch the More with AI Tour, a nationwide roadshow to educate small and mid-market businesses about the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI).  The tour includes six half-day events held across the U.S. that will provide local small and mid-market businesses with actionable insights and hands-on experience on a range of small business AI tools from Intuit and other companies.

Later-Stage Growth

Building for Growth (BFG): ICIC’s Building for Growth (BFG) is a national, online, tuition-free executive education program that helps primarily BIPOC-, women-, and veteran-owned construction contractors build capacity and develop sustainable growth strategies. The program also partners with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) and the City of Boston to offer regional cohorts.

Manufacturing Accelerator Program: High-Growth Strategies for Manufacturers (MAP): MAP is ICIC’s new, tuition-free executive education program that provides small manufacturing businesses with the education, tools, and actionable strategies they need to grow and thrive in today’s competitive marketplace. MAP’s inaugural cohort will begin in August 2025. Spots are limited, and applications will be accepted until all seats are filled.

IC100 Awards: The IC100 Awards annually recognize and celebrate the fastest-growing businesses in under-resourced communities in the U.S. The list is unveiled in December and past winners include today’s most creative entrepreneurs, like: Printfresh, Sisters Traveling Solo, Happy Family, Revolution Foods, and TerraCycle.

ICIC’s Alumni Network (ICAN): A vibrant group of alumni from all of ICIC’s programs engaging in networking, learning, and building a strong community. With the establishment of seven local chapters and dedicated Alumni Steering Committees in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, D.C., Los Angeles, and the San Francisco Bay Area, ICAN has become a catalyst for strengthening the alumni community. Steering Committee members enjoy heightened visibility, priority consideration for speaking engagements, exclusive networking events, and VIP access to the Annual Conference. ICAN is not just a network—it’s a dynamic platform empowering success through meaningful connections and ongoing professional development.
