Legal Entities for Businesses Workshop
Thursday, August 21, 2:00–3:00 p.m. ET

Roxbury Community College
Business Innovation Center Bldg. 3; Room 130
Roxbury, MA 02120

Choosing the right legal entity is one of the most important decisions you’ll make when starting or growing your business. Your choice affects your taxes, liability, funding options, and even how you operate day-to-day.

This free workshop, presented by Roxbury Community College’s Business Innovation Center (BIC) and Lawyers for Civil Rights (LCR), is designed for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and startups who want to understand the legal structures available and what makes the most sense for their business.

Bonus Opportunity: Stay after the workshop to connect with staff from the ICCC program for a special information session on our nationally recognized 40-hour executive education program for established small business owners.
