Valentina Romero

As the Business Operations and Human Resources Associate, Valentina works daily to address all the needs of the ICIC staff and support their contribution to closing the racial wealth gap and eliminating concentrated poverty in the United States and Canada. With her Masters’s degree in Management and Finance, Valentina has worked as a payroll coordinator/staff accountant and a junior project manager. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor activities like hiking. In her free time, she also enjoys puzzles.
