Sebastian Ware

As an associate at ICIC, Sebastian primarily supports the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. In this role, he supports outreach initiatives and application management for local educational partners, and interviews small business owners across the U.S.

Prior to joining this role, Sebastian interned with ICIC’s research team between his sophomore and junior years through Boston College’s Corcoran Summer Internship Program. He also interned in Marketing Operations for a cybersecurity company based in Boston.

Sebastian is a 2022 graduate of Boston College, holding a B.S. in Management & English with a concentration in Operations Management.
