Michael Shore

As Director of Innovation, Michael Shore is responsible for helping drive positive change at ICIC. He works on new, innovative/strategic projects and is responsible for managing our Salesforce CRM.

Prior to ICIC, Mike was Director of Data and Continuous Improvement at JVS, a non-profit workforce development organization.  He led continuous improvement efforts agency wide including a $14MM Pay for Success program, the first Pay for Success project in workforce development nationally.  He led a diverse project portfolio including re-engineering, process improvement, and change management.  Previously, he served as Principal at Mercer where he helped companies shape their global mobility strategies.  His clients have included Apple, GE, Coca Cola, Wal-Mart and Pfizer.

Mike has a bachelor of arts cum laude in Economics from Williams College and his MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
