As a Senior Program Coordinator on the Alumni Affairs team, Ivana leads engagement efforts for ICIC’s Alumni Network (ICAN), fostering connections with alumni, supporting local chapters, and coordinating events. She also contributes to fundraising efforts, data management in Salesforce, and alumni outreach initiatives, playing a key role in strengthening ICIC’s alumni community. Additionally, she supports the IC100 awards program and helps plan ICIC’s annual conference.

Prior to ICIC, Ivana was a Marketing Manager at DoodleUs, where she led social media campaigns, photoshoots, and customer acquisition strategies.

She holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies and Politics from New York University.
