Ester Lima Toledo

As Senior Program Coordinator, Ester supports the development and launch of data-driven initiatives such as the Manufacturing Accelerator Program (MAP), which provides manufacturing businesses with the knowledge, resources, and strategies to drive growth in today’s marketplace.

Prior to joining ICIC, Ester held roles focused on expanding access to housing, education, and professional development for underserved communities, managing large-scale service programs, and building strong partnerships to enhance reach and effectiveness.

Ester holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Babson College, where she was a Global Scholar. Originally from Brazil, she currently resides in the Greater Boston area and enjoys hiking, traveling, learning new languages, and crocheting.
