As Director of the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) team, Diego plays an important role in ICCC’s cohort management, including the development of recruitment strategies, designing internal team goals, analyzing recruitment channels, and cultivating relationships with inner city CEOs across the U.S.
Before joining ICIC, Diego worked as a Registered Representative for New York Life Insurance Company. Prior to that, Diego was the Dean of Corporate and Community Education at the Massachusetts Bay Community College. He has also worked as an independent strategy consultant to local and international businesses. In addition, Diego has been an active leader in many civic organizations including the Latino Professional Network and the Anti-Defamation League New England. Diego lived in Argentina, Sweden, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Colombia and England before making Boston his home.
Diego has a Master of Science in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis University and a Bachelor of Science in International Economics from Suffolk University.
