Caron Ng

Caron Ng is the CEO of NU-SET, a global lock manufacturing division formed to digitally transform a third-generation business empire. NU-SET is the only certified Minority-Owned and Women-Owned lock manufacturer and direct distributor in the U.S. The company provides innovative security solutions and holds more than 22 patents and trademarks around the world. It services construction companies, property management companies, and realtors and has notable alliances with industry leaders like Lowes, The Home Depot, Grainger, Amazon, Wayfair, U-Haul Car Rental, and Easy Car.

Ng’s areas of expertise include strategy execution, supply chain management, and stakeholder engagement. Her skills have led the company to consecutive years of profitable growth and earned her recognition from multiple organizations. She has been honored by Enterprise Women magazine’s 2016 Enterprising Women of the Year, Insight Success’ 2017 The 30 Most Inspiring Business Women, a nomination as SCMSDC’s 2021 Supplier of the Year, and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council’s 2023 Women’s Business Entrepreneur Star.

Ng has extensive experience as a participant in ICIC’s small business training programs, having graduated from both Inner City Capital Connections and Goldman Sach’s 10,000 Small Businesses. In addition to serving on ICIC’s Board, Ng holds positions on the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and YMCA GLA boards and acts as an Ambassador for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses.
