Bill leads the management of data analysis for the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) program, including the distribution of the annual ICCC Impact Survey and impact data requests from external stakeholders, all while ensuring high levels of data integrity and quality. He also supports the overall ICCC program management and the development of ICIC’s Annual Impact Report.
Before joining ICIC, Bill was a Program Manager and Data Specialist for TEACH LLC, which provides educational services and professional development to students and educators in the Philadelphia and Camden regions. He managed two large high-impact tutoring programs, serving approximately 400 students at elementary schools in Philadelphia, and analyzed data from all programs to ensure program integrity, analyze impact, and facilitate communication with our stakeholders.
Bill holds a Bachelor’s in Biological Anthropology with a Biology Minor from Temple University. He resides in Point Breeze, Philadelphia, and in his spare time, he enjoys staying connected to the education community by helping students.
