Senior Program Coordinator, DSI (Remote)
The Senior Program Coordinator, Data Strategy & Innovation (DSI), will primarily be responsible for managing the launch and ongoing operations of the emerging Manufacturing Accelerator Program (MAP), which is set to begin its inaugural cohort in 2025. Key responsibilities include: managing the recruitment of small businesses for the inaugural and future cohorts; coordinating the participation of program instructors and mentors; managing program operations, including virtual classroom logistics and day-to-day communications with participants; and coordinating data collection for internal and external impact reporting. Additionally, this role will support other initiatives within the DSI department as needed to meet business requirements.

Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator, BTT
ICIC seeks a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment efforts for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. The Coordinator will be critical in developing and implementing recruitment strategies, maintaining high communication standards with prospective applicants, and ensuring an efficient and effective applicant pipeline. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for supporting small businesses. The position offers an opportunity for increased responsibility and exposure to external stakeholders, including the Goldman Sachs Foundation and Babson College (the education partner for the program).

Senior Program Associate, Data-Focused
The Senior Associate (Data-Focused) leads in managing all data analysis tasks for the 10KSB team. They will manage our CRM system and lead project management, analytics, technology, and process optimization efforts. This role includes overseeing strategic advising for program sites, defining and implementing data and process strategies, and managing the program’s Salesforce platform to enhance impact. The Senior Associate will engage regularly with external stakeholders, including the Goldman Sachs Foundation and Babson College, the program’s educational partner. This position reports to the 10KSB Program Director.
