The Senior Associate (Salesforce-Focused) plays a lead role in managing all data analysis tasks for the 10KSB team. They will manage our CRM system and lead project management, analytics, technology, and process optimization efforts. This role includes overseeing strategic advising for program sites, defining and implementing data and process strategies, and managing the program’s Salesforce platform to enhance impact.

The Director of the Inner City Capital Connections program will be responsible for driving the strategic growth, execution, and long-term sustainability of ICCC. This role requires an experienced leader who excels at building partnerships, recruiting entrepreneurs, managing complex multi-market programs, and serving as the public face of ICCC with funders, ecosystem partners, and stakeholders.
