Inner City Capital Connections

ICCC is returning to San Diego for a second time in 2019 thanks to our lead sponsor, Kaiser Permanente. We had a successful inaugural cohort of 55 businesses averaging $1.41M in revenue, 14 full-time employees at the time of participation, and an average age of 16 years.

Our goal is to recruit and support small- and medium-sized businesses of all diverse backgrounds. We plan to do so by partnering with organizations that work with:

  • Minority-owned businesses
  • Women-owned businesses
  • LGBTQ-owned businesses
  • Immigrant-owned businesses
  • Veteran-owned businesses
  • Disadvantaged business enterprises (DBEs)

For questions regarding the 2019 San Diego cohort, reach out directly to Natalie Gould, Senior Program Coordinator, at (617) 238-3020 or

“To see how [ICCC] equipped a small business owner to take her company to a new level, and show her not only how to do it, but give her the tools to do it, is what inspired me and got me thinking of some of our companies that could benefit.” Cindy Gompper-Graves, President & CEO, South County Economic Development Council
