2026 ICCC National Veterans Cohort

Turn Tactical Strength into Business Strategy. ICCC is a comprehensive executive education program combining in-person and digital training with one-on-one coaching and capital access strategies to help small businesses break through barriers and thrive. This cohort is mission-focused for veteran- and military-connected business owners. It builds on leadership and tactical skills developed through service with an emphasis on procurement, capital readiness, AI integration, and peer networking opportunities. This expert-designed curriculum is offered at no cost to participating businesses, thanks to ICIC’s funding partners.

Virtual Opening Seminar: Tuesday, October 20, 2026
A mix of virtual live sessions and self-paced digital learning follows the half-day Opening Seminar. The date for the Capstone Event will be announced during the cohort.

  • Veteran- or military-connected* small business owners
  • Small businesses located in under-resourced communities
  • In operation for at least three years
  • Generating $150K+ in annual revenue
  • Ready to scale, access capital, and explore innovation tools like AI
*ICCC defines “military-connected” as the immediate family—parents, siblings, spouse, or children—of current or former members of the U.S. Armed Forces, including those on active duty, in the reserves, or veterans.
