Stephanie De La Cruz

Stephanie serves as our Deputy Director for the ICCC team, supporting the management of the program. She holds a Master of Science degree in Criminal Justice from Long Island University’s Post Campus.

For over a decade, Stephanie has been committed to community engagement and youth development, working in both the public and non-profit sectors as well as with local NYC government agencies. She is passionate about empowering communities through education and career development, aiming to continue closing the racial wealth gap and reducing poverty in underserved communities.

In her free time, Stephanie loves to spend time with family and friends, travel to experience different cultures, and explore new restaurants as a dedicated foodie.
