Shubhangi Agarwal

Shubhangi Agarwal is a Program Associate with the 10,000 Small Businesses team, where she supports program coordination, client relations, and operational execution to advance small business growth and success. With a background in project management, client relations, and cross-sector collaboration, she brings a detail-oriented and strategic approach to her work. She also has experience across both nonprofit and private sectors, including her work with the Strategic Capacity Group, where she managed cross-cultural communications and stakeholder engagement for international civic training programs.

Shubhangi earned her Master’s in Project Management from Northeastern University and a Bachelor’s in International Relations from the University of Massachusetts Boston. She enjoys practicing yoga, reading, and writing poetry in her free time.
