Since 2017, Ms. Ginand has also played a pivotal role as a Technical Assistance Provider for the City of Boston, actively supporting small businesses across diverse neighborhoods in their expansion efforts. Her dedicated commitment to local business success has made a tangible impact on the growth and resilience of small enterprises throughout the city.
During her 20-year tenure at a national infrastructure consulting firm, Ms. Ginand held several key roles. As the Chief of Administration, she directed administrative functions to align with evolving business needs. As Director of Marketing, she exhibited leadership in managing marketing and business development activities, encompassing strategic marketing initiatives, business development strategy, marketing resources, information systems, and comprehensive marketing communications oversight.
