In her role as Senior HR Associate at ICIC, Samantha carries out a variety of essential functions within the organization’s Talent and Culture Department. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Cornell University, as well as a SHRM-CP certification and an Inclusive Workplace Culture specialty credential, Samantha is a skilled HR professional who is dedicated to fostering employee engagement and creating a diverse, inclusive workplace.
Originally starting in an administrative capacity at ICIC in 2013, Samantha is proud to have carved out a Human Resources role for herself as the organization grew. She is a firm believer that employee engagement is the key to creating an impactful organization and dedicates herself to this pursuit at ICIC. She is passionate about empowering employees to achieve their full potential by providing them with the resources and tools they need to flourish. Samantha values compassion, continual learning, open communication, and transparency. She continuously strives to create a culture of inclusion and collaboration that allows employees to do their best work.
