Purpose Purdie

Purpose Purdie serves as a Program Analyst on the Business Transformations Team at ICIC, supporting the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. In this role, Purpose works with applicants and cohort participants across national programs, assisting with application processing, participant engagement, and operational coordination to help entrepreneurs successfully access the program’s resources.

Prior to joining ICIC, Purpose built a diverse professional background spanning hospitality leadership, technical support, and small business operations. With nearly two decades of experience in hospitality management, Purpose led teams and managed operations across multiple locations, focusing on customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth.

Purpose brings a service-oriented and solutions-driven approach to supporting small business owners. Through work with the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, Purpose is passionate about helping entrepreneurs strengthen their businesses and expand opportunities within their communities.

Outside of work, Purpose enjoys culinary creativity, mentoring others, and exploring ways to support small business growth and community development.
