Pooja oversees the outreach, recruitment, application and selection processes of scholars into the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business program, launched in 2022 to assist early-stage Black women sole proprietors create profitable, sustainable business models. Prior to her work on Black in Business, Pooja led strategic advising on outreach and partnership building on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
Pooja holds a Bachelor’s in Economics and Business Administration from Boston University, and a Master’s in Development Practice from Emory University.
