Nikki Liles

As Program Associate, Goldman Sachs Black in Business, Nikki oversees outreach, recruitment, and the application and selection processes for program candidates. She also supports the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.

Nikki is an experienced program manager with more than a decade of leadership in partnership development, grant management, and data-informed program strategy. She has led national youth civic engagement grant initiatives that reached thousands of young people and directed a statewide college access program that helped low-income students prepare for and succeed in postsecondary education. Leveraging her experience as a small business owner, Nikki brings a unique perspective and entrepreneurial drive that enhance program outcomes and empower communities.

She holds a Master’s in Public Administration from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
