Natalie Berrios

Natalie Berrios serves as a Development Analyst for ICIC, where she oversees the maintenance and management of Salesforce, in addition to the implementation of standard operating procedures for the Development team’s data strategy.

Prior to ICIC, Natalie worked with various nonprofit organizations based in Los Angeles County. She brings her expertise in gift management, donor engagement, and fundraising strategies, having cultivated partnerships with nonprofit organizations, prospective donors, and individual donors to support organizational projects. This knowledge and experience have fueled her dedication to bridging a pathway for economic opportunities by providing resources for underserved communities.

Natalie earned her BA in Chicano/Latino Studies and Criminology, Law, and Society from the University of California, Irvine. She is currently pursuing her Master of Public Policy degree at the University of Southern California.
