As Deputy Director of Data Strategy & Innovation (DSI), Nadia plays a key role in defining and implementing data and process strategy for the organization, optimizing program recruitment across ICIC’s Urban Business Initiatives, and developing strategic new initiatives and programs. She is also responsible for overseeing the delivery of the annual Inner City 100 award.
Prior to transitioning to the DSI team, Nadia managed the One-on-One Coaching component of the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) program and led recruitment for ICCC cohorts in Northern California and Portland, Oregon.
Prior to joining ICIC, Nadia volunteered at the Social Enterprise Greenhouse, a Rhode Island-based nonprofit that supports local entrepreneurs and enterprises, as well as at the Partnership for Providence Parks, a nonprofit that provides resources and support to parks and recreation centers in underserved neighborhoods in Providence, RI.
Nadia holds a B.A. in Urban Studies with honors from Brown University.
