
As Director of Data Strategy & Innovation (DSI), Nadia leads ICIC’s innovation hub, overseeing the development and incubation of strategic new programs and advancing the organization’s use of technology to strengthen organizational effectiveness. DSI’s work focuses on building and scaling research-informed, data-driven initiatives that respond to emerging needs among small businesses.
Nadia oversees several of ICIC’s industry-focused, capacity-building executive education programs, including the Manufacturing Accelerator Program (MAP) for small manufacturers and Building for Growth (BFG) for construction contractors. She also leads the development and implementation of ICIC’s artificial intelligence (AI) initiatives, which focus on helping small businesses leverage AI tools confidently, responsibly, and practically to address business needs and challenges.
Nadia holds a B.A. in Urban Studies with honors from Brown University.
