As a Senior Program Coordinator on the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) Team, Nadia manages the One-on-One Coaching component of the ICCC program, overseeing efforts around the matchmaking process, coach recruitment and onboarding, and the cultivation of local and national coaching partnerships. Additionally, Nadia leads recruitment for the ICCC cohorts in Northern and Central California and Portland, Oregon.
Prior to joining ICIC, Nadia volunteered at the Social Enterprise Greenhouse, a Rhode Island-based nonprofit that supports local entrepreneurs and enterprises, as well as at the Partnership for Providence Parks, a nonprofit that provides resources and support to parks and recreation centers in underserved neighborhoods in Providence, RI.
Nadia holds a B.A. in Urban Studies with honors from Brown University.
