As Director of Data Strategy & Innovation (DSI), Nadia is responsible for defining and implementing data and process strategies for the organization and overseeing the incubation and implementation of new innovative initiatives, including the Building for Growth (BFG) program for BIPOC- and woman-owned construction contractors, and the growing Inner City Alumni Network (ICAN). She also oversees the delivery of the annual Inner City 100 (IC100) award.
Before transitioning to DSI in 2021, Nadia was part of ICIC’s Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) team, where she managed business coaching for the program and led recruitment efforts for ICCC cohorts in the Pacific Northwest.
Nadia holds a B.A. in Urban Studies with honors from Brown University.
