As an Analyst on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses team, Monica focuses on the implementation of the program’s outreach, recruitment, application, and selection processes.
Prior to working at ICIC, Monica worked in the environmental sector, including a 2-month field research project in Costa Rica where she developed a directed research project that examined how ecotourism impacted the trail system in Carara National Park. She produced GIS-formulated maps detailing the effects, which she then presented to local park officials.
Monica graduated from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with a B.A. in Environmental Science and Economics.
