Elizabeth Vega (She/her/ella) serves as the Director of Talent & Culture for ICIC, where she provides thought leadership, oversight and direction to the overall provision of people and HR services. She serves as a partner with ICIC’s leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives, focused on driving an organizational culture centered in equity and justice.
Elizabeth is an accomplished non-profit Human Resources professional with over 10 years of experience. She has dedicated her career to organizations that strengthen disenfranchised populations. Most recently, she served as the Director of Human Resources at The National Latina Institute for Reproductive Justice (Latina Institute), a non-profit organization committed to empowering Latinas and guaranteeing their fundamental human right to reproductive health, justice and dignity. Here, she implemented organizational policies, strengthened processes and designed/implemented a people-centric talent strategy approach.
Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Mount Saint Mary College, along with a Master of Science in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College, Zicklin school of Business.
