Kecha Dupree

As a program associate on Goldman Sachs’ 10,000 Small Businesses team, Kecha works with sites to enhance outreach and recruitment strategies to prospective candidates, and guide candidate selection for new cohorts. Prior to joining ICIC, she served as the senior project analyst at The Council of State Governments Justice Center overseeing project plans for national reentry initiatives, as well as operational processes internally.

Away from the office, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with loved ones.
