Jay Beckett

Jay Beckett serves as the Program Associate for Santander’s Cultivate Small Business where she focuses on the outreach and recruitment processes for the program. With previous experience in national and local nonprofits, she specializes in strengthening programmatic systems and enhancing participant outcomes.

Jay has earned an Associate of Arts from Iowa Central Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of North Carolina at Pembroke.

Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, playing video games, and spending time with her 5 cats.
