Ivana Findlay
Serving as a Program Coordinator in our Data Strategy and Innovation (DSI) team, Ivana helps drive the growth and management of the Inner City Alumni Network (ICAN), fostering connections with alumni, initiating local chapters, and organizing events. She also supports back-end data operations and is instrumental in furthering other DSI initiatives, like the Inner City 100 (IC100) and Building for Growth (BFG).
Ivana‘s commitment to service is demonstrated by her involvement in numerous nonprofits such as Breakthrough New York, the Opportunity Network, and New York Cares, underscoring her passion for community engagement and empowerment. Prior to ICIC, Ivana served as a Marketing Manager at DoodleUs, where she led social media campaigns, photoshoots, and customer acquisition strategies.
Ivana holds a B.A. in East Asian Studies with a Language and Civilization concentration from New York University.
