Emaan Nadeem

Emaan Nadeem serves as the Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program at ICIC. In her role, Emaan leads strategic engagement initiatives to identify and recruit high-potential small business owners, with a focus on increasing equitable access across underrepresented communities. She leverages data-informed outreach, local partnerships, and tailored messaging to drive inclusive participation in the program.

Emaan brings over eight years of experience in public health, health information systems, and community development, with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and program evaluation. Prior to joining ICIC, she worked across diverse healthcare settings and nonprofit organizations, including roles at HSR Health, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Shaukat Khanum Memorial Hospital. Her work has consistently focused on building bridges between data, communities, and opportunity.

She holds a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Health Information Systems and Analysis from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Environmental Policy from George Mason University.

Originally from Pakistan, Emaan now resides in Northern Virginia with her husband and young daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring different cultures through travel, working out, and spending quality time with family—often at local parks, indoor playgrounds, or over frozen yogurt.
