Carolyn Ziembo

Carolyn Ziembo (she/her) is a Senior Associate, Data-Focused, for the 10,000 Small Businesses program. Prior to joining ICIC, she oversaw data, compliance, and CRM systems at a nonprofit providing social and legal services to immigrants and refugees. She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and History from Loyola University Chicago and a Master of Social Work from University of Pennsylvania.

In her free time, Carolyn enjoys traveling, baking, and hanging out with her cat.
