As a Senior Program Coordinator on the Inner-City Capital Connections (ICCC) Team, Caitlin is responsible for building relationships with key members of under-served communities and small business owners across the country. Prior to joining ICIC, Caitlin worked as a Pre-K teacher with Kindercare Learning Centers. They hold a bachelor’s degree in English from Wesleyan University.
