Overwatch Services LLC dba City Safe Partners Security is a minority- and woman-owned business that provides security guard services primarily in New York and New Jersey since 2010. Its mission is to be the vanguard of elite security solutions by meeting all security challenges so that clients can focus on growing their business while City Safe Partners protects their assets. City Safe sponsors the Harlem Little League, which keeps young people off the streets and engaged in team sports during the summer, as well as DMF Youth, which provides after-school programs such as dance, fitness, and life-skill development to under-served children. It also participates in the Summer Youth Employment Program which is the nation’s largest youth employment program, connecting New York City youth with career exploration opportunities and paid work experience each summer. City Safe Partners launched an annual scholarship in 2023 to dependents of its employees, named in honor of Reuben Epps.
