OrderMyGear (OMG) is a cloud-based online store platform designed for promotional product distributors, apparel decorators, and team sporting goods dealers to sell branded merchandise to customers such as companies, schools, teams, and nonprofits.
OMG believes in empowering its employees to support their communities in the ways that resonate most with them as individuals and community citizens. OMG offers 4 paid days off for employees to volunteer in the community, attend protests or rallies, attend work-day spiritual or religious events, or participate in any other community-based activity. At the end of the year, all OMG employees who have spent time volunteering in the community are placed in a raffle, and OMG makes a donation to the winner’s charity organization of choice.
