One Day Came is a commercial general contractor and construction manager that builds new commercial facilities and renovates existing facilities and spaces. In addition, the company provides design-build methods and services, manages historical preservations, and works with the Department of Parks & Recreation. In 1997, owner David Delancey’s dream was to “One Day” start his own construction company and in 2004 the dream came true. One Day Came provides scholarship opportunities for youth interested in pursuing higher education in the fields of construction, engineering, and architecture.
