Dos Hermanos Taco Truck LLC brings authentic Oaxacan-style Mexican food to the central Ohio community via three brick-and-mortar locations, food trucks, a taco cart, catering services, as well as concession stands in the new Crew stadium (Lower.com Field) and the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Dos Hermanos’ Food Fort 2.0 location houses the company’s commissary kitchen, food trucks, and administrative offices.
Food Fort 2.0 is located in a food desert, with the nearest large retail grocer being 2.8 miles away, which, during the pandemic, took 45 minutes to get to by bus. During a time when the community’s only other option for food was a corner gas station, Dos Hermanos strengthened its relationship with its neighboring community by providing fresh, local food staples, in addition to its regular menu items.
