Spencer Kraft

Spencer is an analyst for the Business Transformation Team, focusing on the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program. In her role, Spencer contributes to the program’s outreach, recruitment, application, and selection processes. Prior to joining ICIC, Spencer worked in academic research in metaphysics, literature, and anthropology. She also volunteers for a variety of causes, including those that address housing insecurity, addiction rehabilitation, and animal rescue.
