Oksana Bondar

Oksana Bondar serves as ICIC’s Chief Financial Officer. Oksana has over twenty years of experience in the nonprofit sector. Prior to joining ICIC in 2013, she served as the director of finance and operations at the Elizabeth Peabody House and as a finance director at Peace First.

Oksana holds MBA in Nonprofit Management from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and MS in Computational Economics from Belarus State University.
