Mr. Primo serves as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Capri Investment Group, a group of affiliated companies providing real estate investment management services globally to pension funds and other institutional investors. Active in the real estate industry for over 30 years, he has challenged conventional wisdom in developing new markets for investment. Under his leadership Capri was an early investor in US multifamily and urban property markets and is now expanding internationally in the emerging regions of Africa, India and the Middle East. He is co-chairman of the Primo Center for Women and Children, was founding chairman of the Chicago Alliance to End Homelessness, and is a board member of the Chicago Council on Global Affairs. He received his MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Finance with honors from Indiana University. In addition to public company board experience, he is often featured in major news publications and is a business contributor to CNBC. He resides in the Chicago area with his family.
