Stephanie brings rigorous academic and diverse work experience to her position at ICIC supporting strong and inclusive inner city economies. She engages on projects across the full range of ICIC’s research and advisory practice, with a skillset that encompasses both qualitative and quantitative methods, including GIS expertise. Stephanie also has extensive experience in developing and implementing community surveys, leading both individual and group interview processes. In addition to supporting ICIC’s evaluation work, Stephanie assists with the management and updating of ICIC’s data assets, including our State of Inner City Economies, and creates content on a range of platforms in support of ICIC’s thought leadership in the field.
Prior to joining ICIC, Stephanie worked at Wishrock Housing Partner and Investment Group, a national affordable housing developer, and for several New York City-based start-ups. As part of her academic training, Stephanie has produced innovative municipal planning studies, including a master plan focused on integrating local business incubators within a broader main street revitalization strategy. Stephanie holds a B.A. in Economics from Trinity University in Texas and an M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.
