Ryan Musso

As an Associate on the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) team, Ryan plays an important role in ICCC’s cohort management, including the development of recruitment strategies, designing internal team goals, analyzing recruitment channels, and cultivating relationships with inner city CEOs across the U.S. Ryan’s role supports the program through contributions in engagement, communications, and research.

Before joining ICIC, Ryan worked as an Apprentice in the Retail Leadership Development Program for Verizon Wireless. This role provided experience in daily business operations. Prior to that, Ryan served as a Jesuit Volunteer/AmeriCorps member at Saint André Bessette Catholic Church, located in Portland, OR. This role included coordinating a daily hospitality program for individuals experiencing homelessness and developing relationships with local community partners, in an effort to best address social issues.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, Ethics, and Organizational Sustainability, with additional minors in Philosophy and Faith-Justice Studies, from Saint Joseph’s University.
