Ryan Musso

As an analyst on the Inner City Capital Connections (ICCC) Team, Ryan is responsible for cultivating relationships with small business community stakeholders and inner city CEOs located throughout the U.S. Ryan assists in the organization and implementation of the program, including contributions in outreach, communications, and social media.

Before joining ICIC, Ryan worked as an Apprentice in the Retail Leadership Development Program for Verizon Wireless. This role provided experience in daily business operations, including inventory tracking, supporting compliance of store operations, proactively auditing processes and operations for quality assurance, coaching peers on operational procedures, and continuously identifying operational gaps and implementing solutions. Prior to that, Ryan served as a Jesuit Volunteer/ AmeriCorps member at Saint André Bessette Catholic Church, located in Portland, OR. This role included coordinating a daily hospitality program for individuals experiencing homelessness and developing relationships with local community partners, in an effort to best address social issues.

During his extra-curricular time, Ryan was a founding member of Net Impact on Saint Joseph’s University campus, serving as Co-President who oversaw the leadership team and lead development of chapter’s growth strategies, vision and goals. The chapter sponsored events on topics such as Micro-Financing, Fair Trade Coffee, and Living Wages.

Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Leadership, Ethics, and Organizational Sustainability, with additional minors in Philosophy and Faith-Justice Studies, from Saint Joseph’s University.
